Customer Sentiment for CT Moving & Storage

Julio was my first contact and was a great communicator, he assured me that this is a great mover ( see years of service, family company and 5 star ratings) . It’s really hard to pick a mover because it’s so invasive and you want the right people who will get the job done. THIS IS THEM, Matteo, and his two other helpers (M&Y) were AMAZING. STONG, Tireless, and Careful, neat and polite. They came in time, never stopped working together and moved mountains of heavy stuff for me from one home to another. They were constant, never in their phones and just made everything perfect. Nice truck, well equipped with needs and were so careful with everything. I WILL be using them again as this was the first of several phases as we move from one home to another. They have my complete trust and fair in pricing, and DO A GREAT JOB, carefully, responsibly, friendly and seemingly effortlessly! They are great, you will be happy, I’m incredibly picky, and I was thrilled at the job they did and the way they worked together. A plus, 5 ⭐️ star all the way. My life size statues were concrete as in photo.

The movers were simply amazing. They worked insanely hard and put everything exactly where it went and it was all in good condition. It’s most impressive for a six hour move to Western New York. However, I can’t say the same for the management and office. We originally received an estimate of about seven thousand dollars for one truck after reviewing everything in the house for an hour where I clearly stated that everything was going. The day of the move arrived and a second truck was needed. We were charged the full rate and were required to pay another five thousand dollars for their error. I would strongly caution anyone from using this company for this dishonest practice.
